Sound + Stillness Journey blends the therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath with the guided meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, creating a supportive space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

The session begins with gentle grounding and guided relaxation before settling into Yoga Nidra—a meditation practice often described as "yogic sleep." As the body rests comfortably, you are guided through a state between waking and sleeping where deep relaxation, restoration, and self-awareness can emerge.

Throughout the journey, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments are woven into the experience, helping to quiet mental chatter and invite the nervous system into a state of rest and ease.
