3-Hour Integrated Bodywork Experience

A deeply restorative wellness experience designed to create space for rest, renewal, and meaningful integration.

Immersion Cycle is the most expansive one-to-one offering within Oak & Moss Wellness. Created for those seeking more than a single modality or quick reset, this session provides the time and space to slow down, listen inward, and receive support across multiple layers of wellbeing.

Each session is personalized and guided by your unique needs, intentions, and current season of life. While every experience is different, sessions are typically anchored by 90 minutes of Thai Yoga Massage and may weave together additional practices that support deeper restoration and integration.
