2-Hour Integrated Bodywork Session

A personalized blend of practices designed to meet you where you are and support what is most needed in the moment.

Rather than focusing on a single modality, Integration Cycle draws from the full Oak & Moss toolkit to create a session tailored to your unique needs, goals, and season of life. Together we explore what support may be most beneficial and shape the experience accordingly.

Sessions are typically grounded in 60–90 minutes of Thai Yoga Massage, creating a foundation of therapeutic bodywork, mobility support, relaxation, and nervous system care. From there, additional practices may be woven into the session to support deeper restoration and integration.
