Root Session creates space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect through a blend of assisted stretching, compression, mindful movement, and therapeutic touch. While not a full-body sequence, this session allows for a more comprehensive approach than the Element Session, supporting mobility, relaxation, and nervous system restoration.
